On October 28, 2016, AVC presented its interactive eBook, Exploring Yerevan, at the Welcome to Armenia 2016 Tourism Forum organized by Business Partners of Armenia (BPA) in partnership with AGBU Yerevan. The event, organized specifically for the tourism sector of Armenia, drew in many outstanding and newly-started tour operators and tourism-oriented organizations of the sphere. During the event, the AVC team exhibited the Exploring Yerevan eBook to the audience with an emphasis on its touristic features, including historical, social and demographic information, as well as its package of six one-day city tours and hikes designed to help visitors make the most of their time in Yerevan and its surroundings. The AVC pavilion became a popular place for many different companies, visiting guests, and students for whom AVC’s approach to tourism in Armenia was quite new and interesting. The forum was an important step for AVC in terms of establishing new contacts, building stronger relationships, and pursuing common goals with the representatives of the tourism sector.
